Governing Body Meetings

Governing Body Meetings are usually held on the last Sunday of every month at different venues. Chairman chairs the meeting and Secretary General conducts the proceedings. Office Secretary records the minutes of the meeting and the Organizing Secretary supports the organizing activities. Finance Secretary supported by Auditor updates the members on financial matters of Confederation and the 7 Zonal Secretaries discuss the civic problems of their colonies. Meetings start precisely on time so as not to punish those who are punctual. This also sets the stage for making the meetings effective.
