General Body Meetings
General Body Meetings are usually held quarterly at different venues. President and General Secretaries of RWA members are invited to attend these meetings. Agenda for these meetings are sent through e-mails and couriers separately 2 weeks in advance. Each agenda item is directly related to the goals of the particular meeting and unrealistic number of agenda items is never included in it. General Body meetings are usually not intended to go over time since members generally tend to get uneasy.
Special care is taken to plan General Body meetings so that participants do not daydream or doze of during the session. Meeting effectiveness is reviewed at the end of each meeting and the improvement suggested is applied in the next meeting.
